| With the rapid development of construction industry in our country, the construction safety has become a problem of common concern from all walks of life.However the traditional construction safety management mode has its own shortcomings and limitations, which has brought a lot of disadvantages, even can cause irreparable damage on construction safety. In recent years, lean management theory and methods have been used in the construction enterprise safety management,as a result, construction enterprise’s lean safety management model has become an important part of lean construction.Based on the paper systematically studies the theory of lean production and lean management, take company D as example, the paper analyses company D’s current safety management situation and the problems existing in the management. The paper introduces some safety management’s difficulties which company D encountered during the construction and how company D overcomes them.Beside, the paper also expounds how to use the lean concept to improve the performance of safety management practice.By implementing lean research on site safety supervision, the monthly non-violation working site ratio has been increased and number of violation on site has been decreased due to lean management, which put an end to the accident. The paper summarizes some lean management method, such as the introduction of standardization management in behavioral observation, cause and effect analysis of accident investigation and the introduction of the balanced score card in the target index management, etc.The paper put forward a series of management guarantee strategy from the company’s information, personnel management and corporate culture construction to accelerate the company’s safety management mode transformation from traditional mode to the lean safety management mode.From the perspective of creation of enterprise lean management atmosphere, optimization of organization process, talent selection and cultivation, the paper analyzes the successful implementation of lean production management, and finally puts forward that lean safety management is not only the responsibility of the safety team but the responsibility of the company personnel.Lean safety management can be achieved if everyone in the company commit to lean safety management.Finally, several proposals have been put forwarded against current safety management challenges in the company. First of all,establish a good corporate culture is company’s safety guarantee for a long time; Second, the safety management need to continuously improve and firmly grasp on work, establishing company’s improvement system is the most effective power for safety management;Third, safety work need team’s effort and more all staff’s active involvement. Cultivate safety personnel at the grass-roots level is the fundamental safety work.Under the circumstance that company D is managed under new safety management mode, the rate of casualty can be decreased to provide a safety workplace to staff and achieve "No one gets hurt" vision. |
