The vast majority of reinforced retaining wall can be simplified to plane strain, reinforced soil strength test under plane strain condition in line with engineering practice. Besides, Reinforced angle has a greater impact on the comprehensive strength of the reinforced soi. Under plane strain condition,researching the impact of loess reinforced the perspective of comprehensive strength of reinforced test has an important significance to the stability analysis of reinforced soil. This paper has carried out different moisture content on loess reshape sample, in five different reinforced Angle under the condition of plane strain strength test, and comparing with the results is not reinforced soil. The main results are as follows:(1)Reinforced loess under the plane strain condition of stress- strain relationship is sclerosis type; Principal stress difference( σ1- σ3) is affected by moisture content significantly, its value decreases with the increase of moisture content; Principal stress difference(σ1-σ3) is affected by Angle of reinforced the moisture content is weak.However, it cannot be ignored. its value from high to low in turn is 0°>30°>90°>60°>45°, with highest level during the strength, the 45° Angle when laying intensity minimum, complying with the Rankine’s theory;Reinforced soil shear strength is equal under the condition of not reinforced soil shear strength is high, reinforcement can improve the intensity of soil samples.(2)Under the condition of plane strain, Reinforced loess’ shear strength parameters—cohesive force c and internal friction Angleφwill decreases with the increase of moisture content; Reinforced loess internal friction Angle is affected by reinforced Angle is small, and with not reinforcement were similar;However, The value of cohesion are greatly influenced by reinforced Angle, its value from big to small in the order is 0°>30°>90°>60°>45°; Besides, The cohesive’ value of reinforced loess less reinforcement have a larger increase.(3) In actual engineering, should try to make the steel material laying direction with large vertical principal stress. Besides, we should avoid both the Angle of 45°~60° arrangement, in order to give full play to the strength of the reinforced material, maintain the stability of the slope.
