The Stuty Of Production Life Style And New Rural Residential Apartment Layout In Chengdu Surbub

Chengdu since became the national urban and rural comprehensive reform experimental area, the new rural construction has achieved remarkable results, the rural economy society has made an all-round development, the level offarmers’ life gradually increase, change rapidly, the quality of living of farmers has been improved significantly; however, the rapid development of the new rural construction, will inevitably bring about some problems.Some residential construction of the new rural community did not fully consider the characteristics of production and life in rural areas, use or apply design pattern of city residential, can not meet the needs of production and daily life of farmers. At the same time, thecombination mode of new rural residential apartment layout plane is single, the change is less, can not meet the demand of apartment layout diversity; there are still unreasonable functional areas, the phenomenon of function in scale space inappropriate, causing farmers produce life inconvenient. With the further advance of urban and rural Chengdu City and the rapid development of the new rural construction, these problems need to be solved. Therefore, to seek the way of life of farmers producing imminent features residential apartment layout mode.The author first summarizes the analysis of the industry economics, rural sociology and other related theory research results, conducted a large amount of investigation of rural residential area in suburban Chengdu city,including the traditional rural production and living mode, current situation of residential apartment layout and new types of rural production and life mode, residential apartment layout status; through researching data, summarizing the evolution process of production mode of living apartment layoutin Chengdu City suburb area.Secondly, based on the research summary, in combination with the relevant literature, summarized the factors of production and life style of different influence on new rural residential apartment layout.Finally, based on the results of the study, summed up the perspective of production based on the outskirts of the city of Chengdu living area new rural residential apartment layout design strategies and evaluation index system.The new rural residential apartment layout is the basic model of rural residential construction, residential is the farmers’living places, related to the immediate interests of the farmers; design should follow the people-oriented concept, design to meet their needs of residential. I hope this research can provide some reference to the new rural residential apartment layout design.
