Research On The Current Situation And Development Trend Of Modern High-rise Residential Apartment Design In Xi'an Area

Design is closely related to people's life,and its design concept will determine the quality of life of users to a large extent.And this idea is also changing with people's different needs.In recent years,China's economy and urbanization have been developing rapidly.At the same time,household patterns and living needs have changed.For example,in recent years,Xi'an has witnessed a marked increase in population aging and housing prices.So how to meet the changing living needs of residential apartments has become a new topic.Many existing models have not been able to meet the needs of occupants,but also can not meet the needs of future occupants.In this paper,a new high-rise residential building in Xi'an area is selected as an example.According to the change of the apartment in Xi'an and the problems in the survey,this paper studies the design concept and changes of the pattern in recent years,finds the advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for reference.The main object of this study is the new high-rise apartment in Xi'an area after 2010,including the relationship between apartment and apartment,and the graphic design of the apartment.Taking into account the impact of Huxing on dwelling size design,the changing trend of apartment in Xi'an is studied and analyzed.In the current situation research,through the selection of the representative residential areas of Xi'an to collect and analysis,and combined with the user questionnaire survey,summed up the design concept and change of Xi'an contemporary set pattern.Analysis of the design and matching ideas of the suite based on the change of the Huxing.And summed up the place that still needs to be considered.On this basis,the development trend of high-rise dwelling in Xi'an area is put forward.It is hoped that the research results will provide some reference for the design of high-rise dwelling in Xi'an area in the next few years.By analyzing the data,it is found that the population growth in Xi'an is slowing down,and the Huxing is also developing towards a "small scale" trend.On the contrary,the number and ratio of one to three households and one or two generation households rose to varying degrees.At the same time,the trend of population aging is becoming clearer.We should give full consideration to these factors in the design of dwelling size.From the perspective of different apartment differentiation needs,the design idea of improving the high-rise dwelling is improved.On the other hand,it summarizes some existing problems through the investigation and study of the modern high-rise dwelling in Xi'an.Compared with the latest model,the Xi'an area still has a certain lag.The combination of the relatively mature concept and the changing trend of the apartment in Xi'an can also improve the residential environment and improve the living comfort.
