Research And Design Of A New Labeling System

Sticker labeling device is a kind of package equipment, which can put self-adhesive labels attach on the surface of package. There are many different kinds of labeling device but the kinds of that which can put self-adhesive labels on the corner of a box are very few, and versatility is not well, labeling effect is not very good, the labeling efficiency is relatively low can’t meet the increasing market needs. In this paper,problems of current labeling device is researched,and a new corner labeling system is designed.Through this way,the purpose of meet market needs will be achieved.The main works as follows:(1) Variety labeling equipment which were widely used now is studied to know their working principle and characteristics,and provide a reference for further design. The key factors affecting the labeling are found by study and analysis the structure,material and parameters of sticker for the design of new corner labeling equipment.(2) Existing corner labeling mechanism is researched, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Finally,a box corner labeling mechanism with a mechanism to give way for the moving box is created,and the label will be attached to the corner of the moving box through this mechanism.(3) The peel principles and key parameters of existing sticker feeding mechanism being studied and calculated,and the mechanism is improved to adapt to the labeling mechanism. Ultimately,feeding mechanism and labeling mechanism are combined,the model of corner labeling device is established.(4) The auxiliary equipment(box delivery device,adjusting positioning mechanism and labeling equipment tune-bit mechanism) is designed,which can assist the completion of the labeling on the corner of box during transportation. And this auxiliary applicable to labeling on a range of different sizes boxes.(5) Control system which includes hardware and software is designed according to the working principle of labeling system. The control program is developed by GX-Developer. Pneumatic system is designed,which can meet the need of labeling.Through the above work,the new labeling system which is studied and designed in this paper can improve the efficiency and effectiveness labeling at the corner of boxes,reduce labor intensity and production costs.
