With the continuous improvement of the economy and the rapid development of urban constructions, the scale of city street lamp system is increasingly extending. However, the traditional system of street lamp management is difficult to satisfy the development requirements of modern street lamp system, especially in terms of the real time monitoring. Therefore, it is necessary to design an optimized street lamp monitoring solution to achieve the real time monitoring, and return the data to the monitor center in a short time so that to find the abnormal situation. Recently, the development of ZigBee wireless communication technology provides a favorable technical condition for the street lamp wireless monitoring system so that monitoring can achieve more flexible and convenient without considering the wiring problem, and simple maintenance.According to the actual needs of urban street lamp management, this thesis combines ZigBee and GPRS network technology and builds the street lamp wireless monitoring system. The main research contents of this thesis are as follows. Firstly, through the comparison of several kinds of wireless communication technologies, a the wireless communication technology suitable for application in the field of street lamp monitoring is choosed, using two levels of ZigBee and GPRS network in the construction of system network. Secondly, through the analysis of the main technologies involved in this system,design the street lamp monitoring system bases on ZigBee technology and GPRS technology is designed, and the tree topology is used in the construction of ZigBee network and adopt special line access method in GPRS network, and the ZigBee network building process is briefly introduced. Finally, research is mainly focused on the street lamp monitoring terminal based on ZigBee and GPRS technology, the hardware design of monitoring terminal, monitoring station and monitoring center, and design the hardware circuit such as current detection.The system software platform is designed, including wireless network software and management center software. Respectively, the work flow of every part of the system and the network building test, physical simulation tesis is analyzed.This system can achieve remote monitoring system of the single lamp by the wireless network, which not only decrease the energy consumption and labor input, but also lower the operating costs. |
