In the case of electric and machinery equipment of the large-scale production, transport, storage and other enterprises, crane are very important transport tools. The benefit of the company is directly related to the operation efficiency of crane. With the advent of crane, the safety accidents occur frequently, which have caused a great loss to the individuals and the benefit of the company. The repair, maintenance and operation of a crane all need to be taken care of by many people, which has caused a waste of personnel. So how to strengthen the monitoring management of the crane and improve the level of automation is an ine vitable trend.In this paper, the bridge crane monitoring management control system is put forward, which is used in the steel roll of the finished product warehouse. The system mainly includes monitoring interface, management module, database module, alarm module and query module, which is designed and developed under the Visual Basic interface environment. The system has substantially improved the crane operation efficiency and security monitoring. The new types of sensors are involved in this system to make the position signal acquisitions more accurate and reliable, to improve the accuracy and real-time monitoring management level. The signals detected by sensor are directly connected to the Siemens PLC via Profibus-DP. In the same time, configuration hardware equipment and modulus conversion(digital quantity) are directly used in the Step7.A detailed database and data reports module, and an intelligent control algorithm are put forward in this paper to optimize product warehouse storage, which don’t need personnel records on-site. It can automatically detect the product spare position and real-time situation recording and updating of Warehouse in-out, which will provide reliable basis for future query, summary and analysis. The real time position, alarm and control signal of the crane hardware equipment detected by the sensors are transmitted to the monitoring management system and displayed in the form of two-dimensional image and digital on the interface. The IPC( Industrial Personal Computer) are installed between the central control room and crane, connected by radio station, through which the staff can complete the monitoring management and control of the two cranes in the central control room. The system has improved the management efficiency and the level of automation, which can save a lot of manpower, material resources, and it has very important social meaning and value. Finally, the crane swing proof problem is studied and the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is put forward. The feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm under different conditions are analyzed in the Simulink software environment.
