Research On The Export Of Equipment Supervision And Site Installation Management

The export of mechanical equipments are increasing with the spring-up of the foreign trade since China entered the WTO. China has become the first largest exporting country and the second largest importing country. It is very important for it to guarantee the quality of the export equipments because of the expensive and time-consuming after-sales service abroad. As a result, the mechanical equipment supervision and field installation project are of an increasing importance. Various kinds of mechanical equipments such as basic machinery, electrical machinery, engineering machinery, heavy mining machinery and other machinery bring a magnificent challenge to the mechanical equipment supervision and field installation. This dissertation is based on my one-year internship in the China National Automation Control System Corporation. I assist in the project team to implement and complete part of project which is called Malaysia East steel integrated steel plant 33 KV substation project. This project is about the electrical machinery supervision and installation of transformer, switchgear and etc. This research mainly discusses the issues of supervision and field installation of the equipment in this program, especially those of transformers and switchgears, and tries to find the solution to the specific problems in this process. The author comes up with the effective solutions of the routinization and lack of information in the supervision and field installation and also removes the hidden dangers to insure the steady operation for a long term.
