According to the using environment and function requirements of the meteorological monitoring device, using Catia software for meteorological monitoring device for structural design, and select the PC for the processing materials. In order to injection molding processing device, using the Moldflow software analysis of injection molding process and verify its rationality. First of all, import the end cover model to Moldflow and mesh, and modify the grid, then through the software of gate location analysis function to determine the best gate location, finally set up device of gating system and cooling system. Preliminary sure plastic parts molding process, through software "flow +cool+ warp" function analysis the main defect of plastic molding and the causes of main defect under the initial plan. In the process of thin-walled plastics injection molding, the main defect of easy to produce is warpage.Using the numerical simulation to simulation analysis the plastic forming process,analyse the flaw of the parts may be produced, Predict warpage and the reason of warpage.Melt temperature, mold temperature, injection pressure, holding time as the simulation analysis of the factors, which is obtained by the orthogonal experiment of four different factor value in warping deformation. Firstly, through the range analysis get the four factor on the warpage degree of order; Followed by analysis of variance to make up for lack of range analysis; finally make sure the four factors on the warpage influence order. Get a set of reasonable parameters, reduce the warpage of plastic parts, to meet the use requirements. Through the reasonable technical parameters of the end cover, To guide the rest of the parts molding process analysis, Finally get reasonable process parameters of the rest parts.Through this method can provide the basis for the design of the injection mould, Shorten the development cycle of the mould and reduce mold development costs, ensure the quality of the products.
