AEC industry is an important material production sector of the national economy, has making a significant contribution to the development of national economy and improvement of people’s living standard. However, low productivity, the result of relatively inefficient construction engineering information management, seriously restricting the sustainable development of the AEC industry with many questions, such as unclear information, information loss, information silos. The rapid development of digital technology provides a new opportunity to improve the capability of construction engineering information management, using the digital technologies can break through the restriction of two-dimensional information expression and paper-based information transfer, and realize three-dimensional information expression and digital information transfer promoting the integrated management involving whole process, position and factors. It will be an effective way to improve construction productivity.Construction Engineering Digital Integrated Management will be introduced in this paper, the conception, meaning, guiding ideology, structure, operation mechanism also be discussed wishing provide theoretical guidance for the application of digital technologies in the construction field. On the basis of the analysis and comparison about relevant digital technologies, the article creatively put forward a way to achieve Construction Engineering Digital Integrated Management, this is Building Industrialization play the role of organization means, Internet of Things (IOT) play the role of information collector, Building Information Model (BIM) play the role of central database, Project Information Portal (PIP) play the role of collaborative platform, information integration drive the full integration of construction.Firstly, the background of Construction Engineering Digital Integrated Management’s growing will be introduced, all the relative content also be covered such as the concept, connotation, features, forms and guiding ideology.Secondly, based on the sort of the construction information’s content and features, the process and structure of construction information integration will be described. The overall structure model of the Construction Engineering Digital Integrated Management will be built in this section, pointing out the overall structure model should have seven sub-module. Operation mechanism of the structural model also be mentioned in this section.Thirdly, putting forward the way to achieve the Construction Engineering Digital Integrated Management, and providing a necessary explain to Building Industrialization, application of IOT,BIM-based construction information management and PIP collaborative platform.Finally, the organizational model of Construction Engineering Digital Integrated Management will be analyzed, the paper argues that Building Industrialization’s organizational model will perform construction site integration and plant-construction site two -stage two models sequentially, and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model will is the best way to organize Construction Engineering Digital Integrated Management.Innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in building Construction Engineering Digital Integrated Management structure model and proposing a way to achieve the management.
