With the acceleration of the Shijiazhuang city urbanization process, motor vehicles and city traffic demands are increasing rapidly and sharply. Giving priority to the development of public transport has become the key to solve the city traffic problem. With the completion of urban rail and put into operation in Shijiazhuang, must have a strong impact on the regular bus lines. Therefore, around Shijiazhuang city track traffic on the bus line network layout adjustment has become the objective demand of the current Shijiazhuang city public transportation development. In this paper, bus line networks adjustment for urban rail transit is studied from the aspects below:First of all, studies on domestic and international under the conventional rail public transportation network optimization are described. Then, from the function of rail transit and conventional buses to evaluation the advantages and disadvantages, analyzes the basic theory of the coordinated development between the two. Subsequently, the focal point is that the layout patters of three types of stations based on the coupling hub are studied, and established a transportation hub passenger transfer within the lowest total cost optimization model for the target layout. In addition, the adjustment and optimization of conventional bus line networks are analyzed, and use of the regular bus Trans CAD evaluation index calculated adjustment programs, evaluation methods are given gray correlation analysis. Finally, based on the existing Shijiazhuang rail transit construction planning, the use of specific theory on Shijiazhuang Metro Line 3 a phase of the project transfer hub site layout design, the existing bus routes in Shijiazhuang and along the MTR line 3 a phase of the project to optimize the adjustment.This paper analysis the theory and method of conventional bus adjustment based on rail transit systematically, at the same time the influence of the metro line 3 in Shijiazhuang range to optimize the design of public transportation network, provides reference for transit conventional bus routes optimal design in the future.
