The palletizer for kiln-dimensional conservation,also known as conservation kiln stacker or pallet truck,is a special equipment for precast lifting and access between the roller conveyor line and conservation kiln in the concrete precast flexible production line.Based on the background of PC components factory production in the construction of industrialization,the production characteristics of concrete precast at home and abroad have fully investigated.The characteristics includes low production efficiency,high labor costs and energy consumption,serious environmental pollution,long production cycle,low level of automation. The technical characteristics and development trend of stereo maintenance equipment are understood and analyzed deeply.Learning from other design method of lifting and transport equipment,the overall scheme design are done according to the special use requirements of conservation kiln palletizer in the PC components flexible production line.The design,selection and checking of main metal structures and parts of palletizer are completed.Using Solidworks,a three-dimensional software,the three-dimensional solid model of palletizer are bulit,which not only realizes the visualization and parametric design,but also shortens the design cycle.Based on the finite element theory,the main structure of palletizer are analyzed with the Ansys/Workbench software in the aspects of strength, stiffness and mode,which proves the palletizer structure design to be scientific and reliable.Compared with the traditional checking method,it could calculate the stiffness and strength of the main parts more accurately and straightforwardly.Finally, taking into account the actual working condtion of palletizer, the ADAMS virtual prototype model of palletizer motion mechanism is created. Especially by using the method of combining Bushing force with CMD macros, the lifting rope model is built, which could make it easier to create the ADAMS virtual prototype model of palletizer greatly. Then the kinematics simulation of palletizer liftingscheme is analyzed. The kinematics parameter changes of palletizer in the actual working condition are got, which provides the basis for the subsequent structural optimization and the research of equipment operation.The palletizer in the paper is a special equipment for PC components production line.The equipment with strong commonality could satisfy the access operation of conservation kiln in the production of general PC part(beams, columns, stairs,balcony, elevator shaft).
