Research On The Online Monitoring Technology For Secondary Equipment On Process Level In Smart Substations

A brief introduction to the development of domestic smart substation and the actuality of secondary equipment on-line monitoring.The paper describes the operating environment and the characteristics of the control layer device,the bay layer device and the process layer device,by comparison,find that the monitoring of the process layer device is the most difficult.First of all,to process layer device smart terminal as an example,the paper analyzed the hardware monitoring,network monitoring and GOOSE message online,the monitoring of the second operation circuit.According to the actual situation of the substation,the monitoring information is designed.This paper briefly introduces the IEC61850 technology and gives the transmission scheme of the monitoring information.According to the modeling requirements of ICD,the IEC61850 modeling of monitoring information is completed.Secondly,the paper selects the CSD-601 smart terminal of Sifang as the research object and introduces the hardware design scheme and communication architecture of the main CPU board,DI board,DO board,DIO board,DT board.ALL monitoring points are decomposed and the software design flow chart of the whole device is provided.For each monitoring point,this paper introduces the method of data acquisition,the principle of abnormal state detection,the method of software implementation.As one of the most difficult points,design a solution for the network storm.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the scheme and the correctness of the system,the test environment was set up.Test equipment including Spirent Test Center,simulation of circuit breakers,switches,GPS synchronous clock,CSD-601 smart terminal etc.The final test results show that this scheme can monitor the health status of the devices in real time,and provide data support for the life cycle management of the devices.The scheme has a high economic benefit.
