The automatic tridimensional warehouse system, which is made up of conveyor lines, flexible warehouse monitoring system and stackers, plays an important role in modern factory warehouse. The higher level of automation design of warehouse electrical equipment is an important goal of the developers and users. The automatic electro-mechanical warehouse equipment in material transfer will benefit improving the plant’s production. However, this also absorbs some problems, such as the design difficulties,production cycle, Mean Time Between Failures and the difficulty of repair & maintenance & restoration. To reduce the probability of unfavorable factors requires multi-active-cooperation and critical comprehension for the devices’ running status.As high reliability demand for warehouse electromechanical devices, the PLC(programmable logic controller) is the first choice of their core components. But the PLC programing designed is not the same strain with modern software engineering. Furthermore, there is none good enough solution for verification and validation for the PLC program. This thesis adopts fault tree analysis the frequently-ask-question in design, validation and application of the warehouse electromechanical equipment used in production line of a company. Then, this thesis employs the Real-Time Design Pattern, the combinatorial logic and the continuous numerical condition monitoring method for high probability event to add the test points to the original program. After analyzing of time and space complexity of those measuring points, the applications of them are given in this thesis, in IO hardware interface layer, logical control, task management layer and pipe between operators and HMI device.Secondly, based on the deficiency of the former designs and analyzing of the current demand, a sensor-network is designed. The state information storage module is designed including a STM32, NOR-Flash and SD card. According to warehouse electromechanical equipment structure’s complex distribution, the intelligent sensor node frame is implemented used in filed-bus-controlling. According to the characteristics of the equipment control layer,A SOC(System-on-Chip) for the integrated information platform is designed which can be logical topology with former modules, implementing status integration.At last, the working status monitoring program of the actual application in warehouse electro-mechanical equipment in its site monitoring computer is designed with multithreaded, OPC, and SQL Server database, and Socket, to achieve the analysis of warehouse electromechanical equipment working status and prompt operation staff handle in time and produce the feedback.
