With the rapid development of railway economic construction in our country, the transportation of dangerous goods has been widely put into actual productive application in various fields. In view of our country’territory is very va st, the railway network has distributed widely, especially the transportation of dangerous goods on the mainland, most of these are suitable for railway container transport. Therefore, the development of railway container has becomed an effective way to solve transport the mainland dangerous goods. In addition, along with the continuous development of chemica l industry in China, the varieties and quantities of dangerous goods are rising sharply, which is also put forward higher requirements in railway container transportation. How to improve the efficiency and to guarantee the security of railway container transportation have become a problem to be solved urgently. O nly to north-south railway container transport network has covering the whole country, dangerous goods are better for adapt and meet the requirements of society. This article studies around the impact of dangerous goods into box as follows:Firstly, this article analyzes the constraint factors of influencing dangerous goods into box, it is concluded that the main factors with using container to transport dangerous goods are temperature, humidity, and packaging, especially the temperature of box is very important. Based on nine categories of dangerous goods at their different physical and chemical characteristics, which has analyzing theoretical factors in the environment of the railway transportation in order to determine the conditions for dangerous goods into the box.Secondly, the temperature is the most important factors in the railway transportation, so it is necessary to study inside and outside of box’temperature. This article introduces the finite element method to understand the process of transient heat transfer of dangerous goods container and analyzes initial conditions, boundary conditions and thermal load, for set up the finite element model of container to lay the good foundation.Finally, this article studies on numerical analysis of heat transfer of dangerous goods container, using ANSYS 15.0 software, seting up the finite element model of the container, applying the relevant boundary conditions on model and analyzing the temperature of the selected points in detail. At last, by simulating this article can get the highest temperature of the container is 70℃ and the highest temperature of goods is 37℃. The inside surface of the box’temperature is 70.3℃ higher than the outside surface of the box’ temperature is 64.7℃. The closer to the wall of the box, the higher to the goods’ temperature, the highest temperature of the goods is 36.7℃. Different levels of goods’ temperature is not same, especially the first layer goods’ temperature significantly higher than the other layers goods’ temperature. All of these conclusions are provide certain reference for the container transport dangerous goods.
