The Simulation And Investigation On The Regulation To Safety Transport Of Container Transportation Of Dangerous Goods In Domestic Trade

With the rapid development of the national economy, the volume of waterway dangerous goods transport increased substantially. The accident rate is also rising. The accidents of Dangerous Goods often result in heavy casualties and huge economic losses, due to the special flammable, explosive, poisonous or other dangerous. So this paper attempts to start with the waterway transportation of dangerous goods, and to analysis most of accidents occurred in container transport of dangerous goods in domestic trade.In order to increase safety and reduce accidents about container transport of dangerous goods in internal trade, the paper combined the tutor's item The research of transport regulation of dangerous goods and convergence with international standards to research domestic trade flow on the container transport of dangerous goods, analyzed the current regulations of internal container transport of dangerous goods and the main reason for the accident. This paper selects the System Dynamics as modeling tools, establishing the system dynamics safety regulations affecting model of container transport of dangerous goods in domestic trade.Currently the articles about the qualitative analysis of container transport of dangerous goods safety management on the domestic trade were less, the paper combines qualitative and quantitative method on the study about the safety of domestic container transport of dangerous goods firstly. Combining the characteristics of the actual situation, this paper selects the System Dynamics as modeling tools, establish the system dynamics model of container transport of dangerous goods safety regulations affecting on internal trade. The system is divided into five major subsystems. The paper selected port operations subsystem for system dynamics simulation, because internal trade port is the main one of the transport links. And select a representative of the Shanghai Port for computing simulation using software Vensim PLE. As the accuracy of data requirements of system dynamics is not very high, the variable of relevant data will be linear regression. The combination of system dynamics and mathematical statistics in the system effectively analyzed the regulations affected system of container transport of dangerous goods safety.This paper achieves the purpose of reducing the accidents of container transport of dangerous goods in domestic trade, to further promote the formulation of regulations and safety management standards of container transport of dangerous goods on domestic trade, and to improve the safety management of scientific and technological level has great significance.
