Based on virtual environment to create a virtual car assembly line, the virtual assembly technology briefly analyzed state development, pointed out the role of actual production used virtual assembly technology, combined an instance of the car door assembly works with lots of human factors analysis. Through assembly modeling, simulation, analysis and optimization, aimed to reduce labor intensity, declined action fatigues, acquired the best assembly path to improve the productivity and quality of assembly of the car assembly quality. Application comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the risk factor, because people using the analytic hierarchy system security risk assessment, the system was calculated various factors analysis and comparison of failure to eliminate a potential vehicle assembly process quality issues.Virtual assembly for optimizing product design, to avoid or reduce physical model, shorten assembly cycle, reduced assembly costs, improved operator training speed and improved the quality and efficiency of assembly has important significance. The human factors analysis and virtual assembly binding can not only improve efficiency, but also that seek to reduce the role of staff in the system to ensure that it has a higher reliability and safety, the safety of the assembly process of risk assessment, the system each failure factors were analyzed and compared to identify and eliminated potential hazards.
