Hydraulic system of shield plays an important role in the whole construction process, it is a sophisticated system, has the characteristics of complex system, high working pressure, the executing agency action is accurate, large flow and so on, which also makes the hydraulic system becomes a system failur e occurs with higher frequency.Due to shield construction is in the long tunnel, when found uncertain fault causes under teardown, the element is transported to the testing laboratory, will spend more time in the tunnel, and the disassembly easily make system contamination. Therefore, in order to improve the work efficiency of hydraulic equipment, reduce unnecessary downtime, the implementation of in situ detection technology has a great necessity to hydraulic system of shield machine.Researching the work principle of the hydraulic system of shield machine, analyzes the fault reason and easy to appear in the tunneling work in the hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor, hydraulic valve. In this paper, based on the idea of design of mobile test stand, hydraulic testing instrument applied to the hydraulic system of shield machine detection, realized the testing accurate fault position judgment and hydraulic components on the efficiency of element. At the same time also will rapid test instrument is applied to the detection efficiency of shield machine in the hydraulic p ump hydraulic system. For online mo nitoring of hydraulic system, put forward based on pressure, flow, vibration, temperature as a parameter, detection methods of hydraulic system fault. Considering the factors of shield machine working environment, with portable and practical point of view hardware configuration of shield hydraulic test system is researched. The software of the hydraulic system of shield machine detection system in the environment of virtual instrument is developed. A complete set of detection system is composed by hardware and software.By testing on site system, using active static hydraulic tester, thrust hydraulic system of shield test, to verify the feasibility of in situ detection. O n the analysis of laboratory data and field measured data by virtual instrument test system has been developed, the diagnosis results show that the shield machine hydraulic system of in situ testing analysis system for on- line monitoring is accuracy of diagnosis, and have a good development prospects.
