Research On Problems And Countermeasures In Design Contract Management Of JZ Design Institute

Construction engineering design contract is an agreement between the client and the contractor to clarify the relationship between the rights and obligations of both parties in order to complete certain design tasks.Design contract is the basis and carrier for the design unit to carry out various economic activities.Design contract management plays a vital role in the design unit's operational efficiency and long-term development.As an old state-owned design unit with a history of more than 70 years,JZ Design Institute has been serving the owners of the system for many years,lacking the consciousness of contract management and self-protection by contract.In recent years,with the restructuring and restructuring of enterprises,they have gradually integrated into the fierce market competition,and gradually established their own contract management system and management methods.However,due to the influence of many factors,there are still many problems in the implementation of the design contract,resulting in the difficulty of project management and high operational risk.Based on this,this paper chooses JZ design institute design contract management as the research object,and discusses the problems and Countermeasures of JZ design institute design contract management.Firstly,this paper studies the purpose and significance of the research,and summarizes the research content,methods and technical route of this paper.Secondly,it summarizes the related theories of construction contract and construction contract management.Secondly,based on years of work experience,the author consults all design contracts of JZ Design Institute since 2010,and summarizes the whole operation of JZ Design Institute in the design contract.The main problems existing in the cycle are analyzed to find the causes.On this basis,according to JZ design institute's own characteristics,this paper discusses the prevention and Countermeasures of related problems in its engineering design contract.The conclusion of this paper has certain guiding significance for solving some practical problems in the operation of JZ Design Institute's design contract.
