As the green building highflying today, low carbon and saving energy has become the core concept in architectural designing stage, and construction stage, and later operating stage. However, green building don’t bring into full play its value, because of the imperfect development model of green building in China, and the difference between new green process and traditional process of green building in its life cycle, and the inconsistency of the green building concept in every stages. According to build Hall three dimension structure to integrate the green building whole life cycle, and targets for each stage, and tools of management logically, this paper propose to form a system of green building to be provided as an analysis reference.With Hall three dimension structure to body, this paper clear up the inherent relationship of the whole life cycle of multistage management of green buildings, and targets for each stage, and tools of management. It integrate these objects with unity thought to be an organic whole throughout multistage green building management. Multistage managing to green building decision stage, construction stage, and operating stage, with the time dimension(the axis of program whole life cycle), the logical dimension(targets for each stage in program), and the knowledge dimension(tools of management). From the whole view, this paper analyse the problem in each stage of green building quantitatively and qualitatively, and then suggest corresponding measures. In investing and deciding stage, this paper introduces the theory of value engineering, and employs increment evaluation, and research the reference function, additional costs and the value of green building in choosing cases. Employing value engineering and the method of comprehensive assessment from fuzzy mathematics analyses the function and costs quantitatively, and then choose the best case, and clear the function targets of green building to be the basis of information feedback in later stages. In construction stage, AHP is used to choose the best construction case for checking the effect with this quantitative method. Prepairing indicators with the fomer expectation targets controls the construction systematically. Combining the operating stage and the theory of PDCA, this paper makes sure quality of green buildings and search for the figures of saving energy in the operating stage to providing a effective database through monitoring, checking and debugging. The last chapter integrates the best case in every stage to form a system of green building through a demonstration.This paper researches the system management methods of green building by combining the theory and demonstrations, and finds corresponding tools for every stage, and raises periodical questions, and gives suggestions, for making the management link develop healthily, and to form a system of green building to be provided as an analysis reference.
