The Design And Realization Of Aotumobile Instrument With The Function Of Protocal Transferring

In this paper, CAN/LIN Fieldbus Technology, being the focus in the realm of Automobile Electronics, is firstly introduced. Then in the light of the development work based on CAN/LIN Fieldbus meter control system of heavy-duty truck, it elaborates on the researches made on the mechanical principle and general structure of this technology, along with the development and design of software and hardware, realization process and testing certification.Then, this paper deals with differences between the traditional meter and the automobile-used integrated meter, which possesses the function of protocol transfer, then based on the above differences, it points out the feasibility and necessity of taking the meter as the center piece of controlling the automobile electronic appliances, so as to realize the automobile's coordinating work of its dynamic system and body system.Combined with the experiences in the research and development work I undertake in the general network construction and communication protocol, the paper also includes an in-depth analysis respectively in the following aspects of systematic structure, the function of each network node, communication protocol in the application level and the network management, with a detailed illustration on the method of developing the software with the use of built-in multi-tasking operation system, as well as the on the features and strategies of this development. Furthermore, the technology of magnetic stepping motor and CAN Fieldbus data processing, which is involved in the research and development work, is also introduced. Finally, the paper is to demonstrate the systematic testing result, summarize the personal experiences and gains during the whole research and development process and estimates the developing trend in field of automobile meters and automobile electronics technology.
