| In this paper,the first part is the introduction, focusing on the proposed background, purpose and significance of the problem, review of domestic and foreign research in this field.In second part, the paper briefly describes the related concepts and theories. Then, the paper introduces the current state of Dongying City Planning and Design Institute, analyses the problems of its planning project management. Its organizational structure is rigid, the project management process is impeded, and incentive mechanism is not perfect. In orden to solve these problems, this paper uses process management methods and procedures to optimize its project management processes, and made some specific recommendations. The paper think that Dongying City Planning and Design Institute can through strengthen the senior leadership, building a strong matrix organizational structure, implementing project management performance appraisal mechanism to continuously optimize the project management process.The conclusions of this study will provide reference for City Planning and Design Institute on how to improve the planning and design project management processes, and enhance its market competitiveness... |
