Today,with the developing of the city,the Infrastructure Becomes more complex.And the water supply network which is parti cularly important. In the era of the rise ofthe Web, XML-based data exchange technology, but also to shine in the field of GISon the Web.Base on the research of water supply network of Fuzhou city, this thesiscreate spatial database with the metadata. Which shows the avant-garde of GIS in theprocess of building this system with the technology of based on information resourcesintegration and integration technology space frame. In this paper, using the mostadvanced SuperMap platform, based on WebGIS technology to build a complete setof water supply pipe network information system. And the results are as follows:1) Based on multi-source spatial data and attribute data, using SDX+spatial dataengine, establish spatial database. Such as geographic database of Fuzhou andpipeline database of Fuzhou.2)Build a platform of a information system, base on the information resourcesintegration and integration technology space frame, to implement some businessfunction, such as pipeline design, equipment repair, burst pipe analysis and decisionsupport emergency.3)Develop the interface of data exchange to implement external data exchangeand to facilitate the external system calls the system functions as well as the real-timedata retrieval external systems business.
