According to the project of“the hardware and software about forbody flexibleassembly platform control system and the development of visual programming software”, thekey technology is carried on a thorough research in this article t such as the mold of flexibletool simulation system, heuristic search algorithm about obstacle avoidance the under theglobal environment and collision detection. Based on specific assembly site requirements, thevisual platform of a simulation system is developed which is about forebody offline assemblypath planning.The major works of this dissertation are described as follows:(1) According to the characteristics of mechanical structure and movement of flexibletool, the method of path planning of flexible tool is put forward including grid method, thevisibility graph method, the free space method, Decoster penetration method, study ofheuristic search algorithm and so on. Unidirectional extreme value method is put forward inthe form of Lagrange Interpolation basis function and is realized by using VC++. All ofthese provide theoretical basis for the off-line programming.(2) Aiming at the characteristic of flexible tool, the concrete framework of flexible toolsimulation system is put forward. The secondary development on CATA is carried on byusing component frame of CAA to realize the function of off-line programming based onCATIA framework. Mechanical control system of the main interface is developed by usingVC++. Both of them form a relatively complete flexible tooling off-line programmingsimulation system.(3) Through studying the method of collision detection and analyzing bad judgmentclosed contour may produce, hierarchical segmentation technique is proposed. Closedcontour is carried on a collision analysis after its segmentation step by step, and the accuracyof the collision detection is improved. The simulation and collision detection on assemblypath is realized by using the DELMIA. (4) Laser tracker in practice is used to detect the assembly path of motion mechanism,which provides a realistic foundation for the optimization of the off-line path planning. Theerror of frock assembling and the error of mechanical system are controlled at around0.1~0.2mm, which is satisfied the requirements of aircraft parts assembly precision.To sum up, in this paper, in view of the principle of Flexible Tool, UnidirectionalExtreme Value Method in the form of Lagrange Interpolation basis function is put forward.Through it, the work line of the tooling movement mechanism was planned, and toolingoff-line programming technology is realized, which provides a solid technical foundationfor the realization of digital assembly of the forebody.
