The task of this project is to make the fully automatic big bag package machine to automatically finish the works of feeding, filling, providing bags, holding the bag mouth, bagging, mobile output, importing automatic sewing machine(plastic film sealing machine) to realize sealing packages automatically and the unmanned operation in packing processes with reliable performance. The machine works stably,safely and reliably.First the current situation of packaging machinery especially sack big bag packaging machine for small granular materials at home and abroad was introduced; and then function analysis method,a conceptual design method for mechanical system,by which we designed,was presented,and the relevant principle was introduced. According to analyzing and reviewing the existing packaging production equipment, the technological process flow chart of sack packaging production line for small granular materials was designed and obtained. Then,the connection way of components in this equipment is reasonably allocated according to the equipment’s technological process.Secondly, the construction of the existing filling machines is analyzed according to the mechanical innovative method, the defects of the existing filling machines are found out. Questions are proposed and the corresponding resolution plan is searched out. The filling machine includes three parts:material-providing equipment, counting equipment and the package-clipping equipment. The detailed analyzing and comparative work is done to the construction and principles of this system, it is found out that the three section variable-speed feeding method is ought to be adopted to meet the design demand.Thirdly, analyze the composition and functions of the existing packaging production equipment according to the organization regeneration design method, fully understand the working process of each equipment, make creative mechanic design on its structure and principle, summarize the shortcomings of the existing equipments,for example, the bagging accuracy rate is not high, etc, summarize and analyze the craft routes, then the equipment which will improve the work efficiency more efficiently can be produced. And optimize the design according to the packages, set up flexible models and arrange rational space allocation pattern among the components of this device. Then,the detailed working principles of the bagging devices are explained, The bagging device includes bag providing components, bag mouth holding components, bagging components, moving components. The critical components is optimized, the cycling moving diagram of each component is also given.In the whole design process, it not only meets the design demands of certain devices but also the convergence need of each device in order to make the production line to be optimal and the most reasonable. At the same time,the design process should focus on each parameter of the whole production line. It is hoped that an optimal structure design program of fully automatic big bag packaging machine can be found through constant updating.
