Research On Green Construction Management And Technology

With the rapid development of industry,the human living environment is getting worse and worse,which seriously affects people's lives.Air pollution,noise pollution,water pollution,as well as more and more serious haze phenomenon,has become the focus of the government and people pay close attention to.According to statistics: the energy used in building activities have accounted for 50% of total amount of energy used by human beings,and the construction waste have accounted for 40% of total amount of waste generated in human activity.Compared with other industries,the construction industry should take more responsibility for the natural resources,energy consumption and environmental pollution.The research and application of green construction process management aims at exploring the management of green construction and the building technology of cost saving and environmental protection.The main content of this study includes: first,it puts forward the research background and domestic and foreign research status.Second,it puts forward the idea of green construction and the overall framework of green construction.Third,based on resource conservation and environmental protection,the study puts forward a variety of green construction techniques and methods,which are demonstrated mainly in the form of text and pictures;the study also introduces green construction project management responsibilities,organization setting,personnel education and training and the determination of green construction goal.At last,the study introduces a typical green construction project case.Also,it analyzes and sums up the economic benefits and social benefits of this project.This paper studies the theory and methods of the green construction,which provides a good reference of the green construction in projects and an easy way to learn and learn from the industry.This thesis plays a positive role in the promotion of green construction.
