Analysis And Research On The Dynamic Characteristic Of LF125-3Type Motorcycle Frame

The Dynamic characteristicanalysis and research of Frame can simulate and validate the strength of frame, also reducethe noise and vibration of motorcycle by improving the frame structure.This dissertation through the analysis the actual stress condition of frame systemduring running of LF125-3motorcycle, According to the experimental data andthe related standard,simplify the frame mould, divide the reseau, set up the boundarycondition, build the finite element mould of LF125-3frame.Through the analysis of thefinite element mould to get the connatural frequency and the vibration model of frame andcarry on the frame modality experiment analysis, to compare the experiment result with thesimulation result, verify the correctness of the frame limit element mould foundation. Tooptimize the frame mould, and adjust the frame slab thickness, diameter and thickness ofcaliber and tube according to the optimization result.According to the frame adjustmentresult to trial-manufacture the frame and assemble the motorcycle, to compare thevibration of the motorcycle with original frame. During the improvement procedure, themotorcycle structure and the manufacturability, assembly and alteration cost and otherfactors should be considered, so as to improve the dynamic characteristic, to reducevibration, improve the comfort of motorcycle.Through this analysis, find out the effect of every part in frame to the motorcyclevibration, provide a example and to the vibration improvement of other models in ourfactory and create big actual benefit.
