Gas generators as the small capacity power increasingly play important roles in the development of alternative fuel and environmental protection.In order to solve the problem about expansion of the generating units capacity and standby requirements of gas generating units, multiple parallel operation of generators are gas-fueled generators often face the problem in application, in this paper, using biogas generators as the research objects to design a controller that can control two generating units parallel operation.Performance requirements for the in-depth analysis and study of the generator parallel operation and the characteristics of generating unit, through the comparison of several different schemes of parallel operation, design and development of quasi-synchronous automatic parallel operation scheme of single-chip microcomputer as the core control chip, and the overall design scheme of the generator paralleling controller, definite the type of the input signal and the range of the control signal output, the selection of the input signal sensor and actuator, combined with the control board, the key board and LED screen on the controller shell for three-dimensional modeling, and according to the material generator working environment and performance requirements and processing.According to the overall scheme of generator paralleling controller, design and develop controller hardware circuit. Circuit phase voltage, phase current signal design collection of AC signal into the micro-controller A/D conversion channel to acquire signal, circuit design of collection frequency signal, through design the circuit of speed/output control signal voltage regulation, to control generator speed regulator (GOV) and generator voltage regulator(AVR) center voltage, design circuit of driving the actuator, completed generator switch on/off parallel operation, based on data input signal circuit design of the underlying software, by lab to build debugging circuits, signal generator and mains AC joint hardware and software debugging the controller, inspection and controller can precisely detect the input signal and the output signal, drive relays, complete parallel/parallel off operation, and transmitting data with PC, complete serial communication modules debug.After building a generator and test bench using PC calibration software to change the speed of the generator and voltage regulator, characteristic curve of speed/voltage calibration, determined through calibration experiment of based on PID regulation factors to regulator automatic speed control, completion of two generators paralleling operate on no-load experiment and by loading experiment, controllers expected to realized and programmed two generating units can run with an average load distribution.
