Therefore, drawing on the advanced experience from the home and abroad enterprise to optimize the procedures, it also needs a platform to coordinate all the sections of the manufacture management effectively and attain the all-procedures management as a strong support to the manufacture.What Z Co. needs is an open and compatible platform with the mature manage tools and be on the behalf of the manufacture managing thoughts which is built on the base of the enterprise’s present procedures.In this paper, taking Z Co.’s manufacture management as an object, aiming at building a manufacture manage system fit to Z Co.’s existing framework and updating the level of manufacture management, the Z Co.’s manufacture manage system design and the implementation program is discussed relatively comprehensively and in-depth.From the view of the importance of the manufacture manage system to the enterprise, the research problem and the thought is brought out at first, then the essentiality and the urgency of this system for Z Co. is pointed out and a brief introduction of the manufacture manage system’s conception and designment principle is given.For the present and the existing problems of the Z Co.’s manufacture, analyzes the customers’demand about building a manufacture manage system particularly. Along with the demand, the design target and the principle are worked out, and an initial plan is brought out on the view of the system’s framework and function. In the end, from the standpoint of the project management, the implement program is planned thoroughly and the security measures of the project construction is amplified. This paper provides a reference for Z Co. to build the manufacture manage system and regulate and advance the management, at the same time gives a certain reference to establish manufacture manage system for enterprise.
