Study On Engineering Project Pricing And Its Information Support System Development

Facing to the real demand of domestic construction engineering industry and combing with big scale civic engineering companies’ management foundation, this paper discusses detailed method of engineering project pricing management, and also gives corresponding information support tools’ brief design and application examples.Using typical engineering company’s real business operation as its foundation, this paper systematically discusses its project pricing management methods. Generally speaking, this project pricing management method is a full-project-cycle dynamic management module combing with engineering project management. Its main purpose is to effectively control project cost. Through stage-by-stage dynamic computing and adjusting during the project implementation, this method tries to reflect projects’ real cost as reasonable as possible, and reduce budget pricing deviation at the beginning of projects as well.
