Research On Construction Engineering Valuation Management

In order to use construction funds reasonably,the construction company must strengthen the management of the valuation of construction projects.Although China has established a relatively complete construction project valuation management system,due to the influence of management concepts,methods,means and policy factors,the current operation effect of the valuation management system is not satisfactory.How to improve the pricing management level of China’s construction projects has always been a hot issue of concern to experts and scholars in the construction industry.However,the research on the pricing management of construction projects in China’s theoretical circles mainly focuses on the relatively macro level of the relevant theoretical framework and mode selection.The research results cannot directly guide the practice of pricing management.This article focuses on engineering pricing management during the implementation phase of a construction project,with the aim of proposing an overall solution that can specifically guide engineering pricing practices.First of all,based on the construction project pricing management,through literature reading,the related theory of construction project pricing management is summarized as the theoretical basis of the research.Secondly,using methods such as case analysis and questionnaires,the operation of China’s current construction project valuation management system is analyzed,including the problems and causes of the valuation work in each link of the construction project implementation phase,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed respectively..Finally,a statistical analysis of the existing problems and causes of engineering pricing management in China reveals the three major systemic factors that affect the performance of pricing management.Drawing on modern engineering pricing management theory,it proposes to optimize the pricing management system in the implementation phase of China’s construction projects.Architectural solutions,including management mode,performance evaluation of practitioners,and pricing basis informatization.
