Research On Automobile Disassembly Of Constraints And Recycling Analysis Based On CAMDS

In recent years, with the advance of the whole social economy and the general improvement of the living standards, the development of automotive industry is very rapid. But it causes that the amount of scrap cars is also rising year by year, if the scrap cars can’t be disposed rationally, they will cause a series of problems such as a waste of resources and environmental pollution. On the other hand, the China Automotive Material Data System (CAMDS) which has been widely used in China provides the detailed data about automotive informations to declare forms, and opens the advanced interface to expand the business applications, but its single data structure and fixed interaction processes can’t meet the special requirements of different vehicle manufacturers, and the using cost of CAMDS is high, the research on the methods and systems which are based on the data from CAMDS remains to be extended. So this paper has the research on automobile disassembly of constraints and recycling analysis based on CAMD.The article makes a synthesis of the method and theory about disassembly, the recycling technology about automobiles and the system about disassembly and recycling at home and abroad, plans the internal method of data management about automobile disassembly and recycling by the interface of CAMDS, and has a contrastive analysis about the using effects with CAMDS; has the planning of disassembly sequence and makes the life cycle assessment about automotive products through the information and data from CAMDS; in consideration of the characteristics of the data structure about CAMDS, proposes the rule of quality labeling in the stage of recovery processing and the computational method and process about RRR; based on this, develops the system about automobile disassembly and recycling on the basis of CAMDS, introduces the construction method of the software and hardware and the process of data transmission, meanwhile, confirms the method and the effects of system by taking the vice dashboard body assembly for example.
