Research On Construction Of Sub-CBD In Beijing

With the rapid development of our social economy, the city scale expanding lager and lager, as well as the population, how to improve urban spatial structure to adapt the trend is the biggest problem. Especially in Beijing, this urban spatial structure has seriously hinders the development of city. However, we should look for the change of the city spatial structure. Based on this background, the paper studies the significance of Sub-CBD for solving the development problem in Beijing.Following the line of "whether or not to build Sub-CBD-where to build-how to build", the paper studies the necessity of building Sub-CBD and location of Sub-CBD. At last, some advices about how to build Sub-CBD are given.The paper solves the necessity from two aspects, first is theory analysis, based on the conception and the evolution of CBD, this paper puts forward the related theories of Sub-CBD, such as the conception, classification and the formation mechanism. B esides, despite of the differences of development stage existed in the Sub-CBD and C BD, they work coordinately to constitute the city center system. Second is city case study,by borrowing lessons from Tokyo and Paris’ experience and analyzing the way and process they transform single center into multi-center, the paper reaches the conclusion which is building Sub-CBD can diffuse stress of center. Then, the paper studies the formation of urban spatial structure in Beijing、the dynamisms of its formation and drawbacks of the structure. Besides, the significance of Sub-CBD to the development in Beijing is elaborated.After the necessity of building Sub-CBD being solved, the paper continues to explore where to build it, that is to say, how to choose an area to optimize resource utilization. The paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate alternatives, which considers the characteristic of Sub-CBD site. At last, some development advice are given.
