The Old Residential Structure Performance Evaluation Research

This topic research is the national natural science fund project "old housing performance evaluation and practical effectiveness research"(51378329) of the content, the subject is based on the old residential properties as the research object, and the evaluation which is applied to the research in the market practice. Project will be divided into comprehensive performance of the old residential building performance, structure, performance and equipment performance, three aspects in this paper, the "old residential structure performance evaluation research" is its subject, this study will focus on the structure of the old residential problem, structure performance evaluation index system, index weight and evaluation model are studied, such as branch is the focus of the national natural science fund project content.China as the world’s population, number of residential construction development, maintain a high level by2013, urban per capita living area has risen to31.6m2,a large number of old housing has been a lot of problems. At present, the domestic has carried out a large number of renewal and transformation of old buildings research practice, and the old residential update and reform is the premise of ensuring the safety of the structure, so the scientific evaluation on the safety performance of the old residential structure is the premise and foundation of all the work, this article namely for research of this aspect, and with emphasis on the performance evaluation of the old residential structure, the research content, not only to ensure the safety of lives and property of residents to make a major contribution, at the same time, through the structure performance evaluation, to avoid the unnecessary economic and resource waste, minimize environmental damage, and for the sustainable development of the environment.Paper the chapter content as follows:Chapter one introduction:the background of the research significance, related concepts and general research situation at home and abroad, as well as to the research idea and a frame of the paper discussed and summarized.The second chapter of the old residential building structure performance study of theoretical basis and methods are discussed, which include:building renewal theory, green building theory, structural reliability theory and qualitative quantitative analysis method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, analytic hierarchy process (ahp), paired comparison method and weighted average method.The third chapter This chapter, the problems about the present situation of structure performance of old residential building of Shanxi Province, taiyuan and datong field investigation, and through the form of a questionnaire on the problems of structure performance data collection, summed up the old residential structure performance problems in Shanxi Province.Chapter iv of this chapter as a key section in the full text, in the old residential buildings in shanxi, on the basis of performance problems, set up evaluation index system, and the needed to establish the qualitative quantitative index and its grade standard and weights did made mainly discusses.Chapter5of this chapter will section in the previous chapter to establish the evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of combining, cite specific examples, the practical application of the evaluation index system.Chapter6summarizes the research achievements of this paper and the breakthrough point and the deficiency existing in the article, and hope to improve in the future was prospected.
