Study On The Safety Management Of Dangerous Goods Transportation For The Third Party Logistics Enterprise

With the rapid development of economy of China, the demand for dangerous goods increases every year. As a necessary means of connecting production and consumption, transportation’demand also increases continuously. At present,the third-party logistics enterprise engaged in the logistics of dangerous goods is more and more favored by the market, but because of the particularity of dangerous goods, how to make a safe and effective transportation management becomes the top issue faced by the enterprise managers.This paper has studied the safety management of dangerous goods transportation. Firstly, the paper has analyzed the characteristics of the transport of dangerous goods and the advantages of third-party logistics enterprises in the transportation of dangerous goods, Secondly, the paper has analyzed the factors affecting the safety of the transport of dangerous goods. Considering these factors, it has selected appropriate indicators for safety management assessment of dangerous goods transportation. Finally, it has studied the measures to strengthen comprehensive enterprise transportation safety management.1Systematically expounded the third party logistics enterprise’s basic theories of the transport of dangerous goods:discussion of dangerous goods, the transport of dangerous goods, the third party logistics and the advantages of development of third party logistics enterprises in the transport of dangerous goods.2From dangerous goods and their packaging, vehicles and equipment, employees, transport environment, security management of the five aspects of factors which affect the safety of the transport of dangerous goods, and analyze the cause of the accident.3Evaluate the dangerous goods safety management of third party logistics transport, by using AHP and gray correlation analysis method, and design examples to prove the effectiveness of the algorithm.4Put forward measures strengthening dangerous goods transport integrated management of third party logistics, separately from three fields of the enterprise emergency response capability, safety monitoring and safety culture construction of management.Dangerous goods transport activities that the third party logistics engaged in this paper is mainly road transport. The research can provide some ideas and reference for the third party logistics enterprise managers and researchers in the transport of dangerous goods safety management.
