Safety Analysis On Railway Transportation Of Dangerous Goods

With the development of national economy and society,the demand of dangerous goods also increased year by year.At present,our country has more than 50% of the dangerous goods transportation by rail,rail has become the main means of delivery.Dangerous goods due to the huge transportation network,complex nature of the business and more uncertain factors,so that there is a potential safety hazard,once the event of accident happen,it will bring huge economic losses,severe social influence and environmental pollution.Thus,from the macro to reveal the root of safety problems,in terms of acceptance of dangerous goods,loading and unloading trucks,security,emergency response,etc.to make corrections and improvements that research on railway transport of dangerous goods safety-related issues have objective reality significance.Based on the railway station of FuNiu for dangerous goods transportation loading and unloading,and escort,fire protection,labor safety and protective as the object,to study railway dangerous goods transport organization optimization.On the basis of research and analysis on the status quo of railway transport of dangerous goods,reveals the cause of the dangerous goods transportation safety hidden trouble and the inherent law of existence.In the process of from transportation from personnel,equipment,environment,transport conditions and other factors were analyzed,to construct factors incidents tree and evaluation of all aspects of security.And the factors affecting the safety of railway dangerous goods transportation analysis and qualitative analysis,it is concluded that the minimum cut set and the path set,with minimal cut set analysis of important degree,safety of railway dangerous goods transportation in our country,so as to achieve the purpose of the comprehensive evaluation that safety of railway dangerous goods transportation in our country.On this basis,according to the different approaches proposed targeted measures to reduce or eliminate the potential risk factors of measures,which can effectively improve the safety and reliability of railway dangerous goods transportation system.This paper adopts theoretical analysis and empirical research,the research method of qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,combined with the empirical and normative,countermeasure research,and strengthen the accident tree analysis and sort the use of important degree that combined theory with practice,experience,combined with analysis.The research results have theoretical guidance and practical value for the development of railway transport of dangerous goods.
