Study On Plan,Risk Analysis And Post-evaluation Of500kV Power Transmission Project In Western Yangzhou

Project plan is used to determine the way and method of monitoring andfinishing the project, which includes execution process required by the project,theproject life cycle, milepost and stage division of global content, so as to helpimplementing and controlling project. Project risk management includes the risk ofproject from identification, analysis and to take measures. Project post-evaluationobjectively summarizes the economy objective, technology objective, processmanagement, social and environmental objective, to judge rationality of the projectgoal and the difference between main benefit and the standard etc. Therefore, researchthe plan, risk analysis and post-evaluation of the500kV power transmission project inWesternYangzhou will provides reference to successfully complete similar projects.In this thesis, we mainly study the post-evaluation problem of the500kV powertransmission project of Jiangsu power grid in west Yangzhou. First of all, wesummaries the post-evaluation theories and the related research results in the powergrid construction project, respectively determines the target, content, schedule, taskdivision of responsibility and investment plan of the500kV power transmissionproject. Secondly, according to the characteristics of power transmission project, fromthe management, technology, quality, safety and other aspects, we make risk analysisand summarize the risk measures taken of the project. Finally, from the constructionsite management, project size, project energy saving, environmental protection, andother aspects, post-evaluate the project, point out the problems need to be solved inthe future.The research is based on the actual background of the power transmission projectin west Yangzhou. The research results provides the guidance and reference for thesimilar project of Jiangsu power company.
