| In the context of Strong and Smart Grid in China, the grid will be consists of 500 kV voltage levels of 750 kV as the main frame. On the basis of main power networks, the corresponding Power Transmission and Distribution also needs mating construction. Therefore, in the future, Power Grid Construction is a huge complex project. It has considerable utility value to summarize and concluding experience and provide the sucessful experiences for future project. It needs a post evaluation system to evaluate the power transmission and transformation project.Firstly, the correlation theory of the post evaluation index system is given and an index system is built. Then build the Fuzzy AHP evaluation method as an evaluation method for the post evaluation requirements, and the index system includes four aspects: preparation of the preliminary work, the construction of the building, process and investment of project. Finally, Jufeng substation power transmission project is analyzed by the index system, including the project background, the regional issues of power exists. After that preliminary project decision analysis and evaluation are given, and the quantitative and qualitative evaluation is get through the fuzzy AHP evaluation method. At last, Jufeng project post evaluation and analysis substation project is evaluated in the ways of environmental impact analysis, social impact analysis, and economic impact analysis.According to the post evaluation theory, this paper mainly conducts in the following areas:the application process and influences of Jufeng project post evaluation. The index system and the proposed method can give a certain level of the management and construction for the transmission project. |
