Energy resources and load center are the main characteristics of the layout of China's energy industry.In order to optimize the construction of China's energy Internet,we should adhere to the power construction as the center.With the development of economy,the power industry shows a growing trend of energy demand,but the distribution of resources and the side of power demand is not consistent,therefore,energy transmission channel with large capacity and long distance must be established,ensuring the power supply to the area of middle east ministry load center.In this paper,by the study of the evaluation of the power company construction project,the post evaluation theory and project content are made as the foundation,to explore a set of suitable for the post evaluation index system and evaluation methods of power transmission and transformation project,which provides reference for later post evaluation of similar projects.In this paper,through the analysis of the construction characteristics of the power transmission project,we establish 500 kV power transmission project evaluation index,the index calculation and description standard for evaluation,including project pre-evaluation,project construction evaluation,project financial evaluation and sustainability evaluation.Entropy method is aplied to establish the mode of post evaluation for 500 kV power transmission project by giving the index weight and the useness of fuzzy comprehensive.Finally,a 500 kV power transmission project construction project is made as an example,combined with the actual situation of construction and production,to establish the evaluation index,evaluation model and verify the validity of the model.The results of model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation show that the construction of power transmission project has achieved a good result,but in the early stage of preparation,contract management and special approval should be improved.This paper constructs a post evaluation index system and evaluation model for universal 500 kV power transmission project,which provide a reference for the power grid construction project post evaluation.
