Along with fast growth of economy, conflict between supply and demond of resources becomes more and more serious; still, some economic and social problems arise, so our country is promoting the sustainable development strategy. To the strategic spirit, Building construction to reform, because a great part of social resources are consumed by construction activity. In construction activity, a good many of problems still exist, one of which is negative influence of environment, like light&noise pollution, contamination for soil and water, low efficiency of material&energy usage and some unhuman factors, etc. Some criterions and codes are published, like"Green Construction Guidelines","Management Specification of Green Construction", etc. These mostly give some regulations in principle, much room is left in execution, which is unfavorable for effective operation of green construction, As constraints to development bottlenecks. For the reasons above, some work Was done in the point of process control in this paper, main achievements were listed below:1. To find the main non-green factors in construction process, namely chapter3;2. According to the non-green factors above, measures both of technology andmanagement are proposed, namely chapter4;The merit of the paper lies in that:by combinating measures with construction process, operation of green construction become more concrete and practicable. As implement of green construction messures in project is systematic, which needs coordination from several sides, rigorous request is required in the process of allocating staves, materials and equipmnets. The final for green construction of direct and standard.Achieve sustainable development objectives.Through reference of the indicators of existing Green Building Assessment tools. In the end,GCAM is applied to a real-life project, which has proven the praticability of GCAM.GCAM helps to set standards to evaluate contractors’performance and provide a tool for their self-assessment,which is helpful forcontractor’s continuous improvement on environmental performance. Finally, problems and amelioration advices found in the woking process of this paper are shown, which are expected to be of value for future research.
