Research On Axiomatic Design Method For Dynamic Facility Layout In Agile Manufacturing

Axiomatic design theory of dynamic facilities layout design of the study is applied in thispaper. First, it analyzes the current situation of the layout of the facilities of the AgileManufacturing Enterprise, describes the enterprise agile manufacturing facility layoutproblems put forward the concept of dynamic alliance workshop facilities layout, and underthe guidance of the axiomatic theory, establishes a dynamic alliance facilities layout model.Second, with in-depth study of the axiomatic design axioms, it deduces agile manufacturingfacility layout axiomatic design theorems and inferences and gives the methods of improvingthe dynamic facility layout success rate. Third, based on the model of the axiomatic theory ofthe facilities layout, it analyzes the design matrix of adjustment and the method for solvingthe coupled design during the design process, when the design matrix corresponding to thefunctional requirements does not meet the conditions of the independent axiom. Takeredundant design for example, the paper gives the design matrix adjustment method for thedesign matrix conditions to satisfy the independent axiom. Under the guidance of independentaxiomatic design decomposition, it establishes the Agile Manufacturing Enterprise dynamicfacility layout model, analyzes the functional requirements of dynamic Enterprise workshopfacilities layout design, and gives the corresponding design parameters. Through thehierarchical organization chart the paper gives the FR and DP decomposition steps. Thedecomposition of FR and DP level flowchart can diagnose the Virtual Enterprise workshopfacilities layout facilities program. If a FR can not be completely satisfied, the DPs of thisproblem can be quickly diagnosed and repaired with the flow chart and when the system ofdesign fails, flowcharts can be used to track and find the problem source. In addition, it describes the calculation of the amount of information of information axiom evaluation indexby calculating the amount of information of the dynamic alliance workshop facilities layoutand finally gives the best design.
