The Yibin Jinyang Auto Parts And Accessories Factory Agile Strategy And Practice

Agile Manufacturing (AM) is a modern manufacturing mode which was proposed to increase response speed of enterprises and to obtain superiority of competition in unpredictable and changeful market environment. Countries all over the world responded strongly after the concept of AM was proposed, many research organizations were established to study and practice AM relative technologies, and many good effects have been obtained, AM is now generally regarded as a advanced manufacturing mode for twenty one century.Execution strategies of this advanced manufacturing mode in Chinese enterprises, such as Jinyang Automobile Parts Manufacturing Factory(Jinyang A. P.), are studied in this dissertation. Firstly, technology background such as origin of AM, agile manufacturing enterprises(AME) , supporting technologies for AM, and dynamic enterprises alliance are introduced in this dissertation. Secondly, problems existed in Jinyang A. P., necessity and probability for implementing AM in Jinyang A. P. are analyzed in detail. Agile strategies for Jinyang A. P. are proposed according to its current condition, i.e. , Jinyang A. P. should work hard actively and unceasingly, and build up new idea that compete is coexist with cooperation on premise of enjoying profit together, and increase its information level and organization agility unceasingly, also, enterprises should strengthen training for employees, and give employees power to decide how to do when they meet problems, and do their best to lift innovation ability as well as employees'activity and creativity, etc. Cases and effects of agile practice of Jinyang A. P. are introduced and analyzed. Finally, questions and strategies in the agile practice of Jinyang A. P. are analyzed and explored. It is concluded that in order to promote agile ability in enterprises, such as Jinyang A. P., construction of public information facilities, which will facilitate data exchange between modern enterprises, should be strengthened, a perfect countrywide AM net should be constructed, AM supporting technologies should be studied developed and applied properly, a perfect financial system, which provides support to agile practice of medium and small size enterprises should be set up, quality of employees should be increased, etc. So, combined with following two factors: endeavor of enterprises and improved outer environment, the agility of Chinese manufacturing enterprises will be improved unceasingly, and AM-the advanced manufacturing mode will be executed successfully in our country, and competition superiority for Chinese enterprises will be obtained in a unpredictable and changeful international market environment.
