| In this thesis, the applications of linear motor dive and mechanical drive in package sorters are analyzed systematically. As the largest logistics equipment in the logistics industry, package sorters occupies an important position of China Post. In order to meet the growing demand for processing packages, the technology of package sorting machine is constantly reforming. From the research of drive technology, we propose a new friction drive mechanism in mechanical drive technology. The purpose of this project is improving the new friction drive, and achieving its further research and exploration.By means of looking up the vast books and materials about drive technology of package sorters at home and abroad and consult related professionals, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the drive technology of packages sorters. Based on the theory knowledge of mechanical design, kinematics analysis of the friction drive is carried out to verify the drive efficiency and system efficiency. To meet the technical indicators for packages sorters, the design of this friction drive is optimized, and we select the appropriate parameters to be checked. By using the software Solidworks, a parametric model for the new friction drive has been built.To achieve the reliability of the friction drive model, this paper is related to Virtual Prototype that is used for simulation and test. The parameters of the friction drive in simulation. environment of ADAMS should be set, such as the coefficient of friction, the friction between the friction wheel and package trolley, the influence of multi-motor drive running. With driving torque and driving force as the important parameters, the aim is designed to test drive efficiency and stability. What is more, the analyzing methods, the testing result and the advices of the friction drive of package sorters can offer excellent analyzing methods and theory to the further improvement of the drive technology of Package Sorters. |
