Design for disassembly is one important way of Green Design, to establish the disassembly model is one important step of design for disassembly, to accurate and comprehensive description of the relevant disassembly information has important impact on disassembly sequence planning and disassemblability evaluation therefore, research the disassembly model is essential.In this paper, the disassembly model and it’s application in design for disassembly is researched based on the research status of home and abroad.(1) Gives an overview of recovery status of mechanical and electrical products and key technologies of design for disassembly, the shortage of present research for disassembly models is proposed, the research content and the article structure of dissertation is proposed.(2) The reconstruction and change response ability of the undirected graph、directed graph、AND/OR graph、Petri net and the disassembly hybrid graph model is researched.(3) Based on connection feature of machine, connectors’contact constraint and knowledge of disassembly precedence rules are induced,and disassembly graph model of the connection structure are established in this paper. Based on the disassembly graph model of connection structure,the method of construction of complex product’s the disassembly hybrid graph model is proposed and described by matrix。(4) An evaluation method of disassembly difficulty and the principles of design for disassembly based on connectors is proposed in this paper.(5) The system menu of design for disassembly is bulid based on UG platform in this paper,and main fuction is developed.(6) The proposed methods in this paper have been proved the validity and feasibility by the case of the stapler and bending machine, and designs of the stapler and bending machine are improved based on connection knowledge.(7)Summarize the research results and prospect the future reseach work.
