Research On Key Technology Of Product Disassembly In The Three-dimensional Environment

In this dissertation, the related theory of product disassembly, which includes the extracting of disassembly information, the building of disassembly model, the algorithm of disassembly sequences and selective disassembly sequences, and so on, is studied deeply and systematically in the Pro/E three-dimensional environment.The main contents are as following:1. Establishing the architecture of design for disassembly & recyclingThe contents of this chapter include the related terminologies, the subjects, the definition, characteristics, rules of design for disassembly and design for recycling, and so on.2. Establishing the product disassembly modelAccording to the need of disassembly research, the related information which includes the number, type, reference components of constraints between parts, the level affiliation between parts, and so on, is extracted from the three-dimensional model of product with Pro/E secondary development. Then the directed hierarchy network graph is established.3. Researching the algorithm of product disassembly sequencesAccording to the directed hierarchy network graph, the directed adjacency matrix and its algorithm are proposed. Since the algorithm adopts Constraint Release Method, Iteration and Hierarchical Search, it can avoid the combinatorial explosion that may occur when the number of parts is large or the constraints between parts are complex.4. Researching the algorithm of product selective disassembly sequencesAccording to the table of product parts information, it searches the target component and gets its level affiliation. Then it combines the disassembly sequences of related components and deletes duplicate sequences. Finally the disassembly sequences of the target part are obtained.5. Developing the product disassembly analysis systemThe system is integrated, easy to control and use. It can complete the disassembly analysis of product three-dimension models, which includes the automatic extracting of product parts information, the automatic building of product disassembly model, the automatic generating of product disassembly sequences and selective disassembly sequences. It provides a good basis for the follow-up research and development.
