Study On Logistics Park Location Problem:An Industrial Conglomeration Perspective

With the rapid development of the national economy, Modern Logistics, as an advanced organization and management technology, has emerged in recent years.As a new favor of the Modern Logistics, Logistics Park can provide more preferential policy and better infrastructure for the permanently resident enterprises. Logistics Park, having a strong ability of agglomeration and organizing transportation, will not only promotes the agglomeration of the logistics industries, but also enhances the level of logistics in their districts by specializing and scaling the management and operation of the resident enterprises, which will reduce the operating costs to a large extent.As the construction of logistics parks requires large funds, huge scale and long payback period, the government should pay special attention on “building” and “planning”. The government should not only focus on the development of regional economy and the agglomeration of industry, but also avoid inadequate infrastructure, single service content, no value added service, low-level repeated construction and high idle waste.So, choosing a “right” place for building a government-led logistics industrial park, attracts increasing attention in the fields of the logistics industry..Based on the problems mentioned above, this paper will: firstly, sort out the theoretical basis for the study of the article by reviewing the relevant theories of logistics park location and industrial agglomeration at home and abroad. Secondly, build a new logistics park location indicator system according to the previous researches on the factors influencing the location of logistic park and the dynamic factors of the industrial agglomeration. Thirdly, selects projection pursuit dynamic cluster analysis model of logistics park location research, by comparing the location model analysis. Fourthly, analyze the research of the Shaanxi Province to prove that Xi’an,Xianyang,Baoji is the first choice for logistics park, and Yanan, Yulin, Weinan, the second. As for Hanzhong, Ankang, Tongchuan and Shangluo,where the logistics infrastructure is relatively weak and with small logistics demands, they are not suitable for the construction of comprehensive logistics Park. The conclusion is consistent with the policy of Shaanxi provincial government on the construction of Xi’an,Xianyang, Baoji three major logistic park and Yulin,Weinan,Yanan and other ten major logistic center. It is proved that the choice of influencing factors of logistic park’s location is reasonable. In the end, analyze the research and point out the shortcomings of this paper.
