The assembled integral type residential building structure with precast concretestructure, model by assembly, cast-in-situ connection formed, which is buildingindustrialization by combining prefabricated prefabricated building or part of theassembly and cast-in-place modes of production, its advantages are: fast construction,economic benefit and environmental benefit is good, the the structure of our countrymore and more real estate developers, construction companies and architecturalstructure design personnel.Reasonable resolution and design of residential building scheme of prefabricatedcomponents, is an important part of design of building structure housing assembly. Inthis paper, the shear wall structure project as an example, discusses the idea ofprefabricated components of the split, manufacture and construction to meet therequirements for industrialization, meet the structure safety in the form of load underthe action of need; also assembled shear wall with concrete structure model ofconnection design is, given a specific embedded parts fabricated shear wall structurespecifications.According to the three structure forms assembled residential building: steelstructure, assembly structure and assembly type shear wall structure, analysis thecalculation formula of the steel structure of the bending strength, and gives thecalculation formula of assembly type frame structure superimposed member bearingcapacity of precast assembly type, the design of shear wall structure as the keyresearch object, determine the precast and cast-in-place joints of joint bearing capacitycalculation.Based on the actual construction project as an example, on the basis of the resultsof this project of the overall design, design of the prefabricated parts of the buildingstandard floor. According to the separation principle, easy disassembly with mold, todetermine the size and the shape of the prefabricated wall, floor slab, precast concretestairs, prefabricated balcony board and the air conditioning board and so on eachcomponent, and design the corresponding reinforcement drawings and installationdiagram. Using the prefabricated steel mold production and sling and temporary supportequipment for the analysis and application of laminated truss ribs, embedded parts ofhanging point, connection point, stair handrail base and custom, presented in variousembedded parts specifications and use method, the stability of the preform, strength,stiffness, the construction in the process of checking, ensure the whole assemblyprocess component security.
