Truck crane is widely applied in various areas of national economy as mobile lifting equipment. With the development of our county’s economic construction, it is demanded more and is called for being more energy efficient. Load sensing system is the kind of system which can feel the pressure and flow requirements of the system and only provides the demand flow rate and pressure of the hydraulic system. There is a lack of a profound understanding of the truck crane load sensitive features and the cost of load-sensitive components is high. As a result, load sensing technology is limited in the field of the system of the large-tonnage truck crane.This paper mainly studies the large-tonnage truck crane load sensitive lifting loop. Firstly, truck crane lifting hydraulic circuit and load sensitive technology are induced, and two common load sensing hydraulic circuit of truck crane are given. Secondly, load sensing pump, the LUDV multi-way valve and balancing valve are modeled, based on the HCD library of AMESim. And then, these models are verified, and the dynamic characteristics of them are analyzed. It is shown that the characteristic of the hydraulic components are affected by a variety of factors. So it is needed to set a reasonable parameter in the design process of the hydraulic components. Lastly, the AMESim model of truck crane hoisting mechanism is build based on AMESim mechanical library.The truck crane load sensitive lifting loop is established, based on the models which are established above. And the load sensing characteristics of the lifting loop are analyzed. The simulation results clarify that the efficiency of the LS lifting hydraulic loop is obviously improved compared with the efficiency of the traditional one.The contents of this article have good references on hydraulic component design and the spread of load sensing technology in truck crane hydraulic system.
