With the steady growth of economy, energy shortage and environmental pollution have been more and more serious, renewable energy development can relieve the two problems effectively. Biomass energy, as a important constituent of the renewable energy, because of the abundant and enough raw materials and zero pollution, the every country and scholars pay great attention to its development and utilizations. But, because the countries all over the world did not pay attention to the safety problems, the heavy danger of the biomass energy comprehensive utilization are constituted. Based on field investigation and theoretical analysis, the dangerous and harmful factors analysis in the production process of methane project, biomass densification briquetting fuel and biomass fuel ethanol these three kinds of biomass energy utilization ways in our country have been made separately. The large and medium methane project are taken for a example, and its safety evaluation index system is established, the weight of the evaluation indexes are been made sure by the analytic hierarchy process; the large and medium methane project safety evaluation model which is based on the fuzzy pattern recognition have been established, and they are used in a fact example. Finally, the widespread lack of the relevant safety laws, regulations, rules and design criterion in our country and the not perfect enterprise safety management system these two kinds of safety problems of the biomass energy comprehensive utilizations, and the not reasonable layout in the methane project and biomass densification briquetting have been analyzed and summarized, and the corresponding safety measures have been put forward to reduce the safety loophole and accident of biomass energy utilizations in our country and to reduce casualties and property losses. The study can provide the basis for making the safety regulations of technology and design standards of the biomass energy utilization ways in our country.
