At present, the world population is more than7billion, and is growing by5%a year. The huge population pressure leads to energy issues which the contemporary and even future generation must solve. Now fossil fuel power mainly occupy the core status of the world’s energy system, but its potential consequences are very profound. Compared with the traditional energy, as a renewable clean energy, solar energy has become an important part of the energy structure. More and more countries pass the RES, that is to say, according to the plan the proportion of renewable energy in the energy mix is gradually increased.With the help of the latest emergence of hybrid photovoltaic/thermal (PV/T) concept in domestic and foreign country, this paper studied the design and development of the PV/T monitoring system with the background of Dalian semiconductor industrial park. This system adopts the photovoltaic embedding micro control temperature thermal as the infrastructure and gives an innovative design of energy conversion. The design supplies the system with the output power, uses the output hot water as the low heat source of the air conditioning system which heats system and provides domestic hot water. The innovative application does the cogeneration of PV/T in the true sense and it does realize the rational allocation and efficient use of the energy.In this paper, the design parameters of PV/T system are given, and the overall design of a complete solution is described, including the selection of components, software development etc. This system adopts SIEMENS S7-300PLC as field control devices which carry out the logic control program development, and the KingView of Wellintech as PC development program for HMI development of PV/T monitoring system.Through the joint debugging of the PLC and KingView, the functions including data acquisition, real-time monitoring, remote control, alarm system and so on are achieved. The program in lower computer can complete the system requirements. The interface in host computer can monitor the whole process. This paper completes the design of system planning and requirements.
